Interested in becoming an adult leader? First, read this brochure and if you want to continue, let us know and we'll get a an enrollment package for you. You'll need to complete the Officers/Midshipman Study Guide (OMSG) at: http://compass.seacadets.org/officer/off_study.htm so you know what is required of you.  We want all adult leaders to do the OMSG so they not only know what is required of them but what they can expect from the cadets, leadership, and the national organization. The OMSG is self-paced and open book.  It will take several hours to read the manuals and get the answers.  If later you decide to become an officer, you must have completed the OMSG.
